Jasper (Dobby) is one of the 8 dogs released to Lucky Star as a result of a mill confiscation in Ohio. He has been waiting in a foster home for a month until the court case was resolved and the breeder finally released the dogs.  

Jasper is a 2 year old male who instantly stole the heart of his foster mom.  She has fostered many dogs for Lucky Star but this boy ran into her arms when he arrived and his fate was determined right then and there.  He has found his forever home.
