Molly is a 6 year-old Blenheim Cavalier who is retired from breeding.  There are several dogs over the years that this same breeder has surrendered to us who were great dogs and Molly is no exception. 

Molly has been spayed, had a dental (many extractions) and been fully vaccinated.  She is a sweet, quiet and easy going girl who is eager to please her person.  She will bark when it has been initiated by the other dogs in the home.  She’s friendly, playful and outgoing and gets an A+ for housebreaking.  She can be trusted when left alone uncrated and is not destructive.  She gets along with other dogs and older respectful children.  Molly loves to ride in the car and is good when she is groomed.  She will jump up on the furniture but not sure how to get down yet. She has been sleeping in a crate in her foster home but would easily adopt to a bed.   Molly has not had any formal obedience training but she is definitely a people pleaser!  She is still uncertain about using stairs and will only go up a few, then turn around and go down right away.  That is still a work in progress and she is still adjusting to being on a leash. 

Molly is being fostered in Arkansas.  A fenced yard (a physical fence) is a definite requirement and a canine companion, preferably a home with Cavalier experience.  We do not ship dogs on planes or use commercial transports so please be within a reasonable driving distance before applying.  Please contact Mary Coyne, mary401339@aol.com after completing an application.
