Shiloh has found her forever home in Alabama. Have a wonderful life, sweet girl!

Shiloh is still waiting on the right forever home. You can see she is a snuggler. She loves to cuddle up and sleep like a baby in the crook of an arm! She is still scared of the leash, and we've determined she's more scared of the wide open spaces than the leash. Now that the weather is better, she is even timid about exploring the entire yard. A fence is definitely REQUIRED for her as well as a patient owner who is willing to train her to increase her confidence and allow her to grow into a wonderful life. She REQUIRES a young dog to play with as well -- very playful when not cuddling!

Shiloh's paperwork says she is a 2 year old Blenheim female, but she has a lot of puppy in her. She has been spayed, had a dental and is up to date on all vaccinations. The vet has said her heart and knees are all good -- YEAH!!!
Shiloh was initially very shy and had typical mill dog issues: scared of doorways, reluctant to be picked up out of a crate for fear of being yanked, scared of loud or sudden noises, didn't know how to jump, etc. Shiloh is getting accustomed to living in a home and loving her freedom!! She is getting over her fears a bit each day and learning new things each day. She has a very sweet spirit inside that is emerging. This is going to be one great pet! She has a lot of puppy coming out in her including chewing. She loves knuckle bones and even likes to nibble on fingers if given the chance. She will explore chewing things she shouldn't and must be monitored. She is beginning to want to play with toys and other dogs but isn't quite sure what to do quite yet. She will pick this up from her cavalier siblings I think as time goes on. She knows her name and will come when called - learning things very quickly when she feels safe. Shiloh's house training is coming along well. She's only had two accidents and knows to "go potty" when she is outside. Shiloh hasn't learned the leash yet and hasn't been around children. Due to her jumpiness around sudden movements and loud noises, we are working up to both. A quiet home without small children will be best for her.
